AGG Redesigns is a locally-owned business in Richmond, Virginia. The owner, Jennifer Staneart, is a long-time resident of Chesterfield County, attended LC Bird High School, Richard Bland College, and Longwood University. She has a passion for home design and a keen eye for detail that is reflected in each home she stages.
Her skills were acquired early on in life, as she was raised by parents who have designed, built, renovated, and decorated more than a dozen homes. Jennifer recalls many childhood hours, spent with her mom, in the midst of furniture, antique, and fabric stores. Her dad is a well respected craftsmen in the Richmond area, building custom furniture, cabinets, mantels, doors, etc. Her appreciation for beautiful spaces was rooted in the home, Jennifer notes this "the apple didn't fall far from the tree".
As an adult, Jennifer spent more than a decade working in the legal field, with the law firm of Allen & Allen. But then an opportunity arose to transition to a field she knew she would love, Real Estate. With guidance from a local Real Estate Group, Jennifer was able to receive her real estate license in just 3 months. While working with the group, she had the opportunity to stage several homes, all of which sold in less than a week. This is when Jennifer realized she could help clients see the full potential of their home, by using her passion for home design. At this time, she decided to follow her dream and start AGG Redesigns, an acronym for her daughters, Ashleigh, Grace and Gillian. As a mother, Jennifer hopes her girls will learn and grow with her through this adventure of developing and growing her company.
